Editor: TrayNotes allows you to Create virtual "Sticky Notes" that you can place anywhere on your computer screen. To temporarily hide parts of them and save space, they can be "compacted" (and, of course, "Restored" later to normal size).
TrayNotes sets itself in the system tray. New notes can be created by right-clicking its tray icon and selecting "New Note."

* More program options, including a setting you can use to control what happens when the tray icon is double-clicked (show the main window, which is the default, or create a new note)
* A help file--plus context-sensitive help in the configuration windows (click the "?" button on the title bar)
